Mr. Xiong is one of twelve children and the first generation in his family to attend college. Mr. Xiong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Advocacy and Political Leadership from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Xiong enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, beach volleyball, working out, attending concerts, spending quality time with friends and family, and participating in community events.
